Sculpture walks?

Untitled. 1984.

Many visiting alums might have wondered what happened to the sculpture which used to be outside of The Exchange at Park Manor Central. The work which I understand to be untitled was given by Corporation member Stanley M. Lewis and his late wife Eve in 1984. The piece was designed by Cambridge architect Victor Cromie. The brown "rust" color is intentional as the work was made from Cor-Ten, a self-oxidizing steel. Contruction on the former Babson Park Drive back in 2003 made it necessary to move the piece. When the roadway was completed "Untitled" found its way to the front of the old Babson Park Clubhouse aka Park Manor South.
